Bilingual Customer Support Associate
**Our client, a large technology and manufacturing company, is currently seeking an entry level bilingual customer service representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON! This role is best suited for someone with 1+ years of bilingual customer service OR retail sales experience.** Our client is a global leading force in industrial automation technologies with a global network of 250 offices in 46 countries, with annual sales of $6.49 Billion in USD, and 12,286 employees worldwide. Responsibilities - Represent our client as the first point of contact for customers. - Handle incoming requests via multiple communication channels (i.e., emails, telephone) from customers and colleagues. Expected volumes 100-150 emails and 30+ inbound calls daily - Confirm customer order details and resolve queries via email or telephone. - Order processing - Quotation Processing - Support the Sales Team - Accurately maintain customer information - Communicate with other departments to share relevant information. - Manage confidential data and information. - Project based activities to improve department. - Meet daily KPI results. - Assist with other responsibilities as needed MUST HAVES: - 1+ year Customer Service experience (retail/face-to-face customer service preferred) - Bilingual French communication skills (verbal and written) - Basic Computer proficiency (using some kind of email platform, writing and sending emails, MS office or similar) - Completed Post-Secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred) Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Recognized by Forbes - World’s Top 100 as “Most Innovative” company 8 years in a row. - Health coverage for you and your family.
