In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments, manage debtor accounts, and perform skip tracing to locate responsible parties. You'll also review and reconcile account information and work with customers to set up suitable payment plans. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
