We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Bilingual Call Center Representative to provide crucial support to Medicaid providers and clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, offering unbiased assistance and resolving inquiries related to eligibility, claims status, and program details. **Job Title:** Bilingual Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite)
**Shift:** 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm
**Pay Range:** $22/hr
**Temp-to-Hire**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to a high volume of phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
+ Provide accurate information on eligibility, claims status, and program details.
+ Assist with problem resolution and navigate complex inquiries.
+ Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online systems.
+ Transfer callers to appropriate specialized units as needed.
+ Meet and maintain strict individual performance standards, including attendance and quality metrics.
**Requirements:**
+ **Must be local to the Austin, Texas area.** This is a fully onsite role.
+ **A recent minimum of 6 months of experience** in a verifiable, high-volume call center environment.
+ **Fluent Bilingual skills** (English/Spanish) are required.
+ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused attitude.
