Job Responsibilities: + Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. + Communicate fluently in Spanish to assist a diverse client base. + Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products, services, and support. + Accurately document and update customer information in the company’s database system. + Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve escalated issues as needed. + Follow company protocols and guidelines in handling customer interactions, ensuring courtesy and professionalism at all times. + Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or recommendations. Requirements + Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish + Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles (preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered). + Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. + High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. + Availability to work flexible hours and weekends when required.
