Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: + Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, or in-person while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. + Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to ensure all customer interactions are clear and effective. + Act as a problem-solver for customer issues or concerns, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. + Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent). + Assist with billing, order tracking, account updates, and general service inquiries. + Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex concerns as needed. + Uphold company standards by delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance metrics. Requirements + Bilingual (Spanish/English): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. + 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred. + Ability to think critically and provide resolution-focused solutions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). + Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
