In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments, manage debtor accounts, and perform skip tracing to locate responsible parties. You'll also review and reconcile account information and work with customers to set up suitable payment plans. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.

The base pay for this position is $35,360 annually ($17/hour), excluding bonuses or additional compensation. Final compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, skills, location, and internal equity.
