An operations and maintenance company for residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Customer Care Representative. With your strong communication skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
