Job Description Insight Global is hiring a remote Client Relations Coordinator for an online healthcare education platform. This role is full time Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm PST. Must speak bilingual Spanish. Overview: This role will report to the Associate Director of Customer Relations and operate as a client support specialist. Responsibilities will include a handling incoming calls, emails and chat communications. Clients range from patients, practitioners and students in the healthcare field inquiring about the organization, service offerings and more. Must have prior customer service experience in the healthcare industry and effective communication skills.
