Bilingual B2B Specialist

We are looking for a **Bilingual B2B Specialist** responsible for protecting and growing Voilà’s existing B2B accounts. In this role, you will champion the customer’s voice, deepen wallet share, and lead account planning across key strategic verticals, including childcare, nonprofits, schools/school boards, government boards, and other high‑value segments. This role owns retention, renewal, and AOV growth. **What you’ll be focusing on:** **1. Own and grow a portfolio of mature accounts (Strategic and Tier 1/2):** + Manage relationships with key decision makers up to the C‑suite, proactively identifying customer needs and expansion opportunities. + Facilitate contract renewals, expansions, and negotiations; develop account plans and revenue forecasts. + Conduct regular business reviews to monitor account health, discuss product/service evolution, and identify enhancement and rollout opportunities. **2. Deepen understanding of clients and verticals:** + Maintain knowledge of each client’s competitive landscape, target markets, and growth initiatives. + Map customer businesses to gain insight into their priorities, expectations, and requirements; anticipate and address issues before they escalate. + Act as the voice of the customer within Voilà, providing feedback to B2B Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Product teams. **3. Drive revenue growth and AOV:** + Develop strategic account plans aligned with clients’ go‑to‑market strategies, focusing on cross‑sell, upsell, and category expansion. + Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities to increase average order value and category penetration. + Track key metrics (AOV, retention, revenue per account) and collaborate with B2B Marketing on targeted plays. **4. Champion bilingual service and regional coverage:** + Provide client communication and support in both English and French. + Serve as the primary account manager for Quebec accounts, building relationships and supporting new program rollouts. **5. Collaborate and coordinate:** + Partner with the B2B Specialist – New Business during the handoff of new accounts and in opening new regions or categories. + Work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to inform segmentation and playbooks; participate in quarterly growth forums to align tactics. + Collaborate with Brand/Channel Managers to ensure localized messaging and campaigns resonate with accounts. + Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to inform and resolve ongoing account management issues. **What you should have:** + 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, strategic account management, or enterprise sales, preferably in food service, grocery delivery, hospitality, or nonprofit verticals. + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience. + Proven track record of growing existing accounts through cross‑sell/upsell and achieving revenue targets. + Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. + Comfort using CRM and analytics tools to track account health, forecast revenue, and manage performance. + Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required, as the role supports national and Quebec‑based accounts.
