Responsibilities for the Accounting Technician:

Capital call and invoice payments Bank deposits Bank reconciliations Broker statements write-up GST/QST filings Year-end file preparation Year-end tax reporting Subscription documentation for new investments

Requirements for the Accounting Technician:

College Diploma (DEC) or Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Business Administration or Accounting

1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, an asset Strong knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and online, an asset High level of discretion in dealing with personal & confidential information Customer service orientation High level of attention to detail Superior communication skills in both English and French
