The Opportunity

What will you do?
As Billing Assistant your key responsibilities will be to :
Ensure the registration and validation of contracts in the system regardless of the channel, while ensuring the accuracy of the information (rates, exceptions, policyholder information, beneficiaries, vehicles, etc.)Manage active contracts to ensure the quality of information in the system for proper billing (cancellation, change of beneficiary, etc.) record and monitor financial flows (premiums and/or claims) in accordance with management's directives for a portfolio of clients or products.You’ll be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks (not exhaustive):
Ensure the validation of contracts imported into the web client space by checking the information that determines the risk and the premium.Manage active contracts to update the database (handling cancellations, changing beneficiaries, etc.)Receive new subscription files received by mail, verify the completeness of the file's documents, and follow up with contacts if necessary.Enter contracts received by mail into the system, verify the completeness of the information, and check the elements that determine billing.Ensure customer service reception, via phone and other communication channels (chat, email, etc.), analyze the request or need, and respond according to internal procedures.What You’ll Bring
