**Overview** **Position Summary** As a Bike Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring every bike is safe, tuned, and ready to ride. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble, tune, and repair bicycles to manufacturer specifications. + Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service area. + Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering maintenance tips. + Stay current on product knowledge, tools, and repair techniques. + Assist with inventory management and ordering of bike parts and tools. + Support store events and community rides as needed. **Qualifications** + Previous experience as a bike mechanic or technician preferred. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Familiarity with a wide range of bike brands, components, and tools. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
