职位描述（请依照工作主次顺序排列）：
1.    根据客户需求，结合客户设备的使用环境和操作习惯，利用后台已有数据，找出数据特征。利用机器学习算法，进行数据分析、数据挖掘，实现零部件故障分析、预测和预测剩余使用寿命。
Based on customer requirement and the customer's equipment usage environment and operating habits, identify data features with the back-office data. Utilize machine learning algorithms for data analysis and data mining to achieve component failure analysis, prediction, and prediction of remaining service life.
2.    负责基本数据清洗，机器学习建模，优化算法模型，提高分析精度和预测准确度，创建可视化报表。
Responsible for basic data cleaning, machine learning algorithm modeling and optimization, improving analysis accuracy and prediction accuracy, and creating visual reports.
3.    利用C++ 或 Python等编程语言，进行算法开发和算法封装，提供接口给系统平台调用。

4.    挖掘潜在项目，如：基于Camera硬件开发算法，利用图像识别或其他技术，计算挖掘机的装载循环时间、满斗率等，实现设备生产力监控；利用大语言模型，开发企业智能助手。
    Explore potential projects, such as developing algorithms based on Camera hardware, using image recognition or other technologies to calculate the machine loading cycle time, full bucket rate, etc., and monitor equipment productivity; Develop enterprise intelligent assistants via big language models.
 
技能和经验要求：
1．    全日制大学本科及以上，硕士更佳。计算机科学、统计学、人工智能、数据分析、物联网工程等理工科相关专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above, Master is better. Priority given to science and engineering related majors such as computer science, statistics, artificial intelligence, data analysis, IoT engineering, etc.
2．    至少熟练掌握一种Python或C/C++等编程语言，会MATLAB/Simulink仿真更佳
Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or C/C++，experience in MATLAB/Simulink。
3．    熟练掌握机器学习/深度学习基本算法，如神经网络、随机森林等算法，能根据相关业务逻辑建立机器学习模型
Proficient in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, such as CNN, and be able to do the machine learning mathematical modeling based on relevant business logic.
4．    有机器学习建模、算法优化等相关项目经历优先
Experience in machine learning modeling, algorithm optimization is preferred.
