**Bids & Tender Specialist Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Portugal**
Objectives of the Position
+ Maintains a functional knowledge of the organization’s various product contracts and service agreements to promote customer awareness and understanding of applicable product features, business practices, and associated contractual implications.
+ Coordinates efficient and effective customer communications and contract management by ensuring all contractrelated information is entered into the organization’s contract management system.
+ Helps review current contract administration and management processes and contributes to the implementation of new policies and process optimizations.
+ Initiates basic pre-sale and post-signature contract support duties including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close-out tasks, communicating with contracted parties and answering inquiries.
+ Ensures the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms by communicating with the business unit team members and relevant cross-functional personnel.
+ Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (requirement).
+ Experience of medical device,minimum of 2 yearsis required.
+ Preferred to live in Lisbon area
+ Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment is strongly preferred.
