Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.  **Bids and Tender Lead – Located in Finland (Espoo)** We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bids and Tender Lead Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tender and contract activities to meet targets and fulfill market demands, ensuring the timely submission of bids, and maintaining accurate bid records. The working environment is in an informal tone and with a good sense of humor. You will work closely with our Finnish sales organization and in close cooperation with Bids and Tender reps and pricing in other Nordic countries to ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Overall ownership and coordination responsibility of all day-to-day tasks in local country. + Manage tender and contract activities in adherence to related work instructions, within all phases of the procurement and contract lifetime. + Collaborate closely with internal departments to gather all necessary information and documentation for bid submissions and quotes. + Keep a comprehensive bid tracking system and ensure all bid records are accurately documented. + Monitor and maintain accurate pricing information in the contract management system. Update pricing data based on changes in contract terms and price agreements. Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency. + Support the creation of new solutions to make the tender and contract management process more efficient. + Develop a strong network with the Country Sales & Marketing organization. + Follow all relevant rules and regulations within the department's responsibility. **Qualifications** Required: + Strong understanding of public procurement, purchase law, and contract law. + Proven project management experience. + Fluency in Finnish language is required, both oral and written. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships and work collaboratively to drive results. + Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. **Preferred:** + Post-secondary education, within a legal field. + Experience from the Med Tech industry. + Understanding of the Finnish Health Care system. + Familiarity in other Nordic languages. + Financial awareness and numerical skills.
