Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification and Analysis: Proactively identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources (e.g., Govt portals, industry specific platforms, client requests, subscriptions)
Analyze tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and IFBs, to understand scope, requirements, T&C and evaluation criteria.
Summarize key tender requirements and disseminate information to relevant internal stakeholders.
Bid Preparation and Submission: Supports bid preparation process, coordinating with internal departments to gather approvals and necessary information and documentation.
Ensures accurate, and compliant bid proposals, meeting tender requirements. Ensure all approvals, supporting documents are prepared and stored for audit and re-use purposes
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on tender activities, including submission rates, win/loss ratios, reasons for success/failure, and market trends. Analyse tender outcomes to identify areas for improvement in our bidding strategies and processes.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams to facilitate efficient information flow and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with Tender customers as required for clarifications or submissions.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in Bid &Tender management, preferably within the Scientific instruments, consumables, life sciences, medical devices, or a related technical industry.
Demonstrable experience in successfully preparing and submitting complex tenders
Strong understanding of procurement processes and legal frameworks related to tendering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai or Malay with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with tender portals/e-procurement platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Takes Initiative and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced business environment.
