YOUR MISSION

To manage our ongoing projects is Romania, we are currently looking for a dynamic : Bid Manager – Romania (M/F)

Based in Bucarest, under the responsibility of our branch Manager, you will ensure the proper execution of the projects entrusted to you.

Bid management (80%)

Lead and coordinate bid management activities, including responses to calls for tendersAnalyze tender requirements, structure proposals, and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal guidelinesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical and financial inputs for bidsDraft and review technical and financial proposals, ensuring a competitive and high-quality submission

Project Management (20%)

Carry out internal project launch formalities

Carry out studies, project management, and technical assistance projects in compliance with the company's current procedures Supervise the team on-site and establish service contracts with expertsParticipate or lead key meetingsInitiate and maintain quality relationships with partners, clients, and beneficiariesParticipate in the management of your projects (cost, deadlines) and guarantee the technical quality of the service and the expected financial resultsPrepare customer invoices
