What's in it for you:
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted by deadline.

What you will do:

Coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal processTrack deadlines, requirements, and submission schedulesGather information from internal teams such as sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operationsDraft, format, and edit proposal contentEnsure submissions meet customer requirements and compliance standardsMaintain bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentationOrganize review meetings and follow up on action itemsSubmit final bid packages through customer portals or required channelsSupport post-submission activities, including clarifications and lessons learnedReview tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs

What you will bring:

Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in bid coordination, proposal writing, sales support, or project coordinationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and time managementHigh attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with CRM, document management, or bid portal systems is a plus

$47,310.00 - $76,800.00
