We are seeking a seasoned **Tableau Lead Developer** with strong experience in **SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)** to lead business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, managing Tableau Server infrastructure, and building robust ETL pipelines using SSIS. **Please note that this role does not support visa-dependent candidates. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship or transfer.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the development and deployment of **interactive Tableau dashboards** that deliver actionable insights. + Manage **Tableau Server** environments (production and non-production), including publishing, user management, and performance tuning. + Design and implement **ETL processes** using **SSIS** to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Conduct **proof-of-concepts** connecting Tableau to disparate data sources (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). + Mentor junior developers and promote **self-service analytics** across teams. + Ensure **data security** , governance, and compliance with PHI/PII standards. + Participate in **dashboard lifecycle management** —from requirements analysis to deployment and support. + Develop and maintain **technical documentation** , standards, and best practices. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams for **production support** , upgrades, and enhancements. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **8+ years** of experience in Tableau development and dashboard design. + **8+ years** of hands-on experience with **ETL development using SSIS** . + Strong SQL skills and experience working with **Oracle and MS SQL Server** . + Experience with **data modeling** (relational and dimensional). + Familiarity with **analytical tools** such as R, Python, SAS. + Experience with **source control tools** (e.g., Git, TFS). + Strong understanding of **BI governance** , metadata management, and data quality. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with **Power BI** , **Cognos** , or **QlikView** . + Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies. + Experience with **SSAS** , **SSRS** , and dashboard usability best practices. + Knowledge of **containerization** , **automated testing** , and **advanced analytics** . **Technical Competencies:** Applicants will be accepted till 9/30/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $100K-$130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
