Position:BI/ Reporting Engineer

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Create, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards). In doing so participate in data modeling, business process analysis and development of reporting functional and technical specifications. Write and maintain technical documentation supporting BI deployments.Monitor report environment performance, logged errors and system activity to facilitate SLA management. Coordinate resolution of issues as needed.Provide project status and progress updates to BI Management team.

What We Are Looking For: 

Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.Experience analyzing data to support business strategy, identify insights, and drive decisions.Strong experience with Power BI: Proficiency in building interactive dashboards and reports.Experience with ETL processes, tools, and methodologies.Expertise in SQL for database querying, management, and optimization.Practical experience with Python and DAX.Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently solve complex issues and drive improvements.Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Even Better if You Have:

Experience with Tableau.Related certifications.

Work Arrangement 

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,000.00 - $42,991.67 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
