The lobby host is responsible for the attention of the GE HealthCare employees and visitors, the role must be committed to customer service to provide an excellent experience to both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities and accountabilitiesMaintain highly a professional and polite manner always, both in person and on the write communications. Follow any dress code guidelines. Make eye contact with visitors.Greet, register and badge visitors.Register visitors in the format established for this purpose.Notify the appropriate GE HealthCare staff to inform them of their visitor.Respond to questions from staff and visitors regarding directions, local services, amenities and building locations.Make access building process.Provide guest wireless access code as required.Receive incoming local deliveries and communicate to staff to pick up the deliveries.Register the deliveries in the established bookAnswer and direct phone calls, mails or teams requested, respond to general inquiries (mails or teams communications) and support administrative requests.       Ensure front desk and lobby areas are maintained with a professional presentation and that any applicable requirements are met.Support and coordinate events requirements with business and/or IFM events team ensuring requirements are met and delivered according with IFM scope service.Support parking issues with the Administration.Assignment of parking spaces to employeesRecord employee’s attendance at offices.Maintain and keep current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for the Lobby Area.Maintain and keep current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals for the Lobby Area.Enter service requests or update as work completion status changes in work order system.Coordinate and assist with Lobby and/or general maintenance issues, to include entry of system.Provide access to Tier Two IFM Providers to carry out maintenance work in accordance with site EHS systems and procedures.Monitor staff and visitors who enter secured areas. Contact FC immediately for all types of security breaches and problem situations.As necessary, commence emergency procedures in a manner consistent with assigned location emergency response plans.Complete the reports that are required according with the role To meet the requirements that GE HealthCare requires as an AEO

RequirementsEnglish and Portuguese professional written and speaking level.Bachelor´s degree in customer services careers or field related.1 – 3 years on customer services
