Summary: Seeking a Bi-Lingual Operations Manager fluent in Spanish with experience in metal/steel management to lead and manage front-line supervisors in daily operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish Experience managing people Metal/Steel experience

Preferred Skills:

College degree or High School Diploma with 5+ years in manufacturing, preferably metal processing/distribution Knowledge of ISO policies and procedures (ISO 9001:2008) SAP experience MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel) Experience in continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of front-line supervisors for day-to-day operations Ensure safety-first culture and compliance with OSHA standards Manage staffing, supply, and equipment needs based on forecasted volume Mentor and develop talent performance initiatives Identify and drive continuous process improvement opportunities Oversee machine and building maintenance for preventative programs to minimize downtime

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
