For our Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin or Munich office, we are looking for a BI & Data Analysis Senior Specialist (all genders) in a full-time position. Shape the data-driven future of Platinion with us – as a central interface, you will drive our data platform, reports, and dashboards forward and support leadership with well-founded insights.
Shape the world of tomorrow With you, Platinion becomes a data-driven company: you drive the strategic development of our central data platform, ensure the highest data quality, and enable effective cross-functional useYou support our leadership and their teams with sound analyses, concise reports, and data-driven decision templates, thereby shaping the strategic direction of our companyYou develop central dashboards (primarily in Tableau) and advise on the automation of key reporting processesAs a central point of contact for business and data inquiries, you work closely with various departments—cross-functional collaboration is second nature to youYou identify patterns, generate insights, and proactively contribute improvement ideas that create real added valueTogether with colleagues in local and regional teams, you help take our tools, workflows, and data competencies to the next level
You make the differenceYou hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related fieldYou bring at least 2–3 years of professional experience in an analytically focused role—ideally with exposure to consultingYou are an expert in Excel (including Pivot, PowerQuery, and ideally VBA) and preferably have solid experience working with TableauYou work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and enjoy presenting complex issues in a clear and understandable wayInitial experience with Python or data modeling is a plusYou thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership, and contribute your own ideasYou are fluent in both German and English and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
