Work hours: Full time; Monday - Friday, 40-hour work week, 8:30a - 5:00p

Here's What You Need
* Master's degree in behavioral health Required
* 2 Years psychiatric experience Required and
* 1 Year Supervisory Experience Required
* LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker Upon Hire Required Or
* LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required
* LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker is highly preferred
What You Will Do
* Delivers direct client contact, performs crisis intervention as indicated.
* Manages patient complaints within policy to effectively resolve complaints, concerns and/or grievances.
* Works within an interdisciplinary treatment team, in the call center environment, maintains flexibility, sustains and models positive "can do" attitudes, maintains personal and staff productivity, role models "going the extra mile" when necessary.
* Assumes responsibility for personal professional development and assists and supervisors' staff in their professional development; maintains professional ethical standards and requires same of staff.
