APPLY NOW!!! **Job Title: BGA Rework Technician** **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled **BGA Rework Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the removal, replacement, and inspection of BGA components to ensure product quality and reliability. You will work closely with engineering and production teams, contributing to both day-to-day operations and process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** + **BGA Rework:** Remove and replace BGA components using hot air rework stations, reflow ovens, and other specialized equipment. + **Inspection & Analysis:** Inspect circuit boards under microscopes and identify defects such as solder bridges or misalignments. + **Component Preparation:** Clean and prep BGA sites, apply solder paste, align new components, and perform reflow operations. + **Quality Assurance:** Verify rework meets quality standards and conduct post-rework functionality tests. + **Documentation:** Record rework activities, including process details, modifications, and component serial numbers. + **Process Improvement:** Support continuous improvement of BGA rework techniques to increase efficiency and quality. **Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in BGA rework, removal, replacement, and reflow techniques. + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise inspections. + Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot BGA and PCB issues. + Clear communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams. + Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet production goals. **Education & Experience** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Certification or training in electronics, soldering, or BGA rework preferred. + Previous experience in BGA rework or electronics manufacturing strongly preferred. **Pay Details:** $29.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
