Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across bars, lounges, restaurants, and all beverage of the outlets
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control to maximize profitability
Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
Train and inspire bartenders, sommeliers, and service staff in mixology, product knowledge, and guest engagement
Design, update, and maintain a comprehensive beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, juices, coffees, and non-alcoholic selections
Analyze sales reports, profit margins, and consumption trends to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Create memorable guest experiences through innovative, brand-aligned beverage offerings
Support and execute special events, tastings, and promotional activations to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within upscale hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, beverage trends, cost control, and inventory management.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high operational standards.
