As a Concession Worker, you will assist with event operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol service requirements and providing a positive experience for guests. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Support event operations and provide excellent customer serviceEngage with guests in a professional and personable mannerEnsure compliance with alcohol service policies and regulationsAssist with product setup, displays, and promotional materialsRetain and communicate product knowledge to guests and consumersPerform other event-related tasks assigned Qualifications and Requirements:ABC Card, TIPS Certification or SERV Safe Alchol certification required to workAvailable to work flexible hours between 12pm–12amMust be 18 years of age or olderReliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequentlyAttention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsOutgoing, personable, and vibrant personalityStrong time management skillsAbility to lift 30lbs or more to move products and equipmentAbility to stand for four or more hoursMust be able to pass employment prescreening Your New Organization:
