Bereavement Counselor/Coordinator - Hospice
Our Company Hospice of the Midwest Overview Hours: Day Shift, Full Time Location: Sioux City, IA Hospice of the Midwest is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Sioux City, IA . Our Social Worker s provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect .
