This role supports the organization by analyzing and administering employee benefits and time-off plans. The Benefits Specialist will perform manual calculations, manage changes and retros post-implementation, and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related data. The role requires strong attention to detail, a numbers-based background, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
