Enhance partner service, provide care and support directly to partners, ensuring they have access to, and understand, the benefit and eligibility criteria. Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex and escalated benefit situations. Serve as project lead for SCAP benefit projects, including events, upgrades and changes, and communications to internal and external partners. Develop, execute, and enhance project plans and program administration, drive assigned projects, create custom reports, and analyze trends to deliver an outstanding scholar and graduation experience. Create, review, and administer effective communications about the program. Ensure benefits processes and procedures are documented and adhered to.
