What you'll build
We are looking for a dynamic and accountable person to join our Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE) team, focused on the EMEA region. In this role, you will support the Benefits Vendor Operations activities for the region, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and consistent efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendor onboarding, managing contracts and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining seamless coordination with Finance, People & Culture and other stakeholders.
Core responsibilities include:
Vendor Onboarding: Coordination and review of all required documentation. Billing: Reviewing and approving invoices, managing discrepancies, and resolving billing disputes. Financial Operations: Creation of purchase orders (POs) and securing spend council approvals. Collaboration: Work closely in partnership across departments within P&C and Finance to ensure smooth operations and alignment. Budget: Monitor spend by country and vendor, maintain budget control, and provide accurate financial inputsWhat you brin
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field 2+ years of experience in Benefits in European countries Fluency in English Positive and Eager-to-Learn Attitude Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package, particularly excel Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations Strong communication skills Good analytical skills Oriented to results Sense of urgency
