Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written. Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. Strong knowledge of benefits terminology, concepts, and practices – along with the ability to stay abreast of change. The ability to use knowledge, facts, and data to effectively solve problems. Self-motivated and a fast learner. Creative thinking and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple high-level projects in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong customer service skills. Should be highly resourceful & proactive in task execution. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
