Benefits Specialist

Our client, a leader in corporate services, is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their team. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting benefits and retirement programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Hybrid – Dallas, TX

Pay Range:

$30 – $40 per hour

What’s the Job?

Manage daily operations of employee benefits and retirement programs.

Respond to benefit inquiries related to enrollments, plan changes, premiums, and contributions.

Process Qualified Life Events (QLEs), open enrollment, and mid-year changes.

Support audits for 401(k) and benefit plans and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Prepare reconciliations and monthly billing for health and welfare programs.

What’s Needed?

5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration.

3+ years of experience with FMLA and Leave Management.

2+ years of experience with 401(k) administration.

Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance laws, and HRIS/benefits systems.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
