Responsibilities Perform all benefits administration including but not limited to, new hire onboarding presentations, new hire enrollments, reporting ,vendor partnership, and employee escalations Lead projects including but not limited to auditing enrollment records, vendor and process implementations, and communication campaigns Process and maintain benefits related transactions in Workday Raise concerns, including employee and/or process gaps, to leadership as needed Work with cross functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and communicate Benefits policies and procedures Responsible for the data integrity of benefits records Assist employees with complex benefits issues and act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve discrepancies Confirm/reconcile benefits enrollments to payroll deductions, including spending accounts Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) Drive a successful annual Open Enrollment Ensure all benefit plans and programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) Stay up-to-date on changes in benefits legislation and advise management on necessary adjustments Assist with benefits integration for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures Partner with Payroll to oversee the processing and maintenance of annual W-2’s, taxable fringe benefit input, ACA reporting; develop reports to summarize this data Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Benefits administration in a fast paced environment Experience administering US and International benefit programs preferred Proficient PC skills including proficient at an intermediate to advance level in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables), Word and Outlook, with high attention to detail Strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively across and at all levels of the organization Workday experience preferred Equal Opportunity Rivian is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
