Description As a Benefits Specialist, you'll manage the full spectrum of benefits for our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities + Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and ancillary plans + Support open/enrollment process: communications, materials, systems + Process benefit changes: new hires, life changes, terminations + Serve as liaison to brokers, carriers, and third-party vendors + Assist employees with claims and inquiries + Monitor benefits metrics and prepare reports Requirements 3+ years in benefits administration or benefits analysis Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and related laws Experience with benefits platforms (e.g., Workday, Zenefits) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
