As a Benefits Specialist , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, paid time off, retirement plans, and leave of absence coordination. What You’ll Do + Serve as a subject matter expert for benefit-related inquiries and provide exceptional support to employees across the health system. + Administer benefit programs such as tuition reimbursement, extended time bank (ETB) programs, and retirement plans in alignment with policy and compliance standards. + Partner with HR team members, vendors, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, changes, and leave-related timekeeping. + Monitor benefit usage trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in benefit communications to promote employee engagement and awareness. What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience. + Minimum two (2) years of experience in employee benefits required; healthcare experience preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and mail merge functions; strong data analysis and tracking capabilities. + Knowledge of benefit compliance regulations (FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus. + Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + A team player who demonstrates integrity, empathy, and a drive for continuous improvement. Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
