Job Title: Benefits Specialist
Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Requirements:
Oversees organization's employee benefits programs, ensuring they are effectively implemented, administered, and compliant with regulations. Focus on health and pharmacy RX benefits


Enrolling employees in various benefit plans, managing changes, and handling terminations

Up-to-date on federal and state regulations

Advise employees about their benefits options, help them understand their coverage, and address any inquiries or concerns.

Assist with billing and payment processes for employee benefits programs

R esolve any issues related to employee benefits, such as claims or eligibility disputes

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Work with the HR

Communicate insurance companies and benefit providers

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Employee Benefits

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to analyze data 

Familiarity with HRIS Systems

HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA knowledge
