Benefits Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with Finance, reviewing reports, reconciling data, and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution.Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget, covering health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary programs.Monitor monthly and quarterly benefits spend, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including validation, approval workflows, and vendor setup coordination.Ensure timely and accurate funding of all benefit programs in partnership with Payroll and Finance, aligned with payroll cycles and vendor requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Experience of 3 to 4 years of finance and benefits experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Finance (preferred)Strong understanding of benefits programs and related financial processesStrong understanding of Benefit programs and practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
