Job Description
This role leads compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS programs to support a high-performing, growing organization. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong analytical expertise.
Responsibilities
+ Design and manage compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and sales compensation plans.
+ Lead market benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive payouts, and salary structure reviews.
+ Oversee health, retirement, and leave programs; manage vendors, renewals, open enrollment, employee communications, and benefits education.
+ Process accurate and timely U.S. and international payroll, including bonuses and commissions.
+ Ensure compliance with all wage, hour, payroll, and benefits regulations.
+ Serve as system owner for HRIS; ensure data integrity, reporting, and process optimization.
+ Partner with Finance and leadership on reporting, analytics, audits, and decision support.
+ Provide guidance and training to leaders and teammates on total rewards programs and systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and/or total rewards
+ Hands-on payroll processing experience required
+ HRIS system ownership or administration experience
+ Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills
+ Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
