Description Alison Brenchley HR Generalist with ADP Workforce Now experience in South San Jose, CA Key Responsibilities: + Administer and maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now + Coordinate biweekly or semi-monthly payroll processing and resolve payroll discrepancies + Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and exit interviews + Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and claims resolution + Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) + Support recruitment processes: job postings, screening, scheduling, and reference checks + Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers + Maintain and update HR documents, employee handbook, and policy manuals + Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation + Act as a point of contact for employee questions and support positive employee relations Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience + 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role + Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) + Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + High attention to detail and strong organizational skills + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience • Demonstrable expertise in ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with HR Compliance is needed. • Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
