Please take this into consideration when applying._ + **Join our Benefits Call Center Representative team and help our valued customers.** + We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. + **About this Role** + You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members with regards to their pensions and other defined benefits. + Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants and participants. We also offer a full benefits package, so you’ll be able to thrive both personally and professionally. + To be successful in this role, you should meet the following: + **Requirements** : + High School Diploma/GED + Must be 18 years of age. + Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. + Previous customer service and/or call center experienced. + Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers. + Ability to solve problems through analysis and ongoing feedback. + Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment. + Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. + Experience working with pension and defined benefits is a plus! + Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) + Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router + _We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to:_ _States: AK.
