Consider this when applying._ No weekends required! **About the Role** As a Benefits Call Center Representative **,** you’ll support customers by answering inbound calls and assisting with health and welfare benefit inquiries. This includes helping callers enroll in coverage, remove dependents, update benefit elections, and address general benefits questions. You will manage a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and processing requests according to established guidelines. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service will be key to success in this role. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can stay focused, meet performance expectations, and provide a positive experience for every caller. **Requirements:** We’re seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. To succeed in this role, you must have: + Previous customer service and call center experience + Health and welfare benefits experience preferred + Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong problem-solving skills + Ability to multitask effectively + Ability to follow guidelines and process transactions accurately + Ability to work independently and stay motivated in an onsite environment + High school diploma or GED + Successful completion of background check and drug test + Must be 18 years of age or older _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
