You’ll handle a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and may also assist with back-office tasks like claims processing and general administrative work. Your strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to deliver excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller. **Requirements:** We’re looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and natural empathy. To succeed in this role, you must have: • Previous call center experience with high-volume calls • Experience with employer benefits- pension plans, 401(k), and retirement programs • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency • Basic computer knowledge (command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High school diploma or GED • Successful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification) • Must be 18 years of age or older **Remote Requirements:** + _Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)_ + _Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router_ _Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
