**Job Description:** Is a subject matter expert (SME) in their respective fields of payroll, benefits, retirement, and/or other human resource (HR) policies and procedures. Responds to complex telephone or written inquiries received from Essentia Health employees. He/she shares knowledge with and provides back-up and overflow telephone and email support to first level representatives.
