Under
the supervision of the Director of Benefits, this role involves managing the
design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of North
Shore Health Benefits, requiring both strategic and administrative skills.
- Benefit Structures: Lead operational management of Health & Welfare, Retirement plans, Wellness programs, and Voluntary benefits.
- Total Rewards Communications: Champion and communicate Total Rewards philosophies and design communication tools to enhance understanding.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors and ensure they meet performance standards and SLAs.
- Plan Analysis: Evaluate and benchmark company benefits through surveys and industry comparisons.
- Invoice Auditing: Review and audit benefit invoicing for accuracy.
- Payroll Backup: Support the payroll team as needed.
- Employee Point of Contact: Assist with meetings, enrollment, and advising on benefits.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of five years’ experience in employer group benefits.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. CEBS and SHRM certifications are a plus.
