Description
Robert Half is working with a well-known company in a search for a detail-oriented Benefits Services Representative to join their team in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing member and dependent enrollment data, conducting audits, and supporting benefit services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and excels in customer service while maintaining confidentiality and a commitment to high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process enrollment data for new and renewing group members, including dependents.
• Conduct thorough audits of enrollment and eligibility information to ensure data accuracy.
• Learn and interpret insurance and benefit contracts, providing informed responses to customer inquiries.
• Handle producer credentialing, demographic updates, and commission management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to implement procedural updates within the Trust database to address evolving member needs.
• Provide reliable support and backup assistance to other Benefit Services team members.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions and direct members to appropriate resources.
• Represent the organization in interactions with carriers and vendors, fostering strong and reliable relationships.
• Actively contribute to a cooperative and team-oriented work environment across departments.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

-SALARY RANGE: $65 - $72k

Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong background in customer service and a willingness to learn
• Competency in PC applications including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and proprietary software.
• Familiarity with remote conferencing tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build respectful working relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism at all organizational levels.
