What you’ll do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
Utilize data analytics to assess and drive continuous health improvement. Track and manage the timely payment of invoices for all insurance carriers and benefit vendors. Collaborate with internal communications, benefit partners, and on-site Health & Wellness Center staff to educate and promote awareness of and participation in wellbeing programs. Assist with benefit audits and regulatory compliance matters. Handle associate benefit escalations and appeals. Support in developing and executing the Health and Wellness strategy. Maintain internal portal pages and Sharepoint/ADP Works pages.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. Experience in benefits analysis. Demonstrated experience with data analytics and strong Excel skills. Excellent writing skills and experience working with stakeholders to create written communications. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
