Job Title: Benefits Advisor
Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options 
Position Type: Multiyear Contract 

We are looking for candidates with 1-5 years of experience.  This is not a senior role.

Assist in our efforts to provide world-class benefits to our teammates, in the areas of:

o Life Events
o Open Enrollment
o  Arrears process
o  Auditing
o  Benefits Admin
o  Medical support orders
o  Regulatory Mailing (SPDs, SARs, Medicare Part D)

Requirements
•  Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and independent work ethic
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•  Exhibit sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred
•  Oracle HCM experience
•  ServiceNow experience
