The Loyalty team is responsible for our Nordic proprietary card benefits, with focus on Platinum and Centurion card members. In this role, you will get the opportunity to manage and develop strategic benefits to our card members in the Nordics. You will be assigned specific benefits within your remit that you will be responsible for and project lead in an end-to-end journey. The role is a 12-month assignment and will require strong project management skills and being able to both implement and manage processes that include several stakeholders. You will collaborate with both external partners as well as internal teams and departments, to be able to deliver high quality benefits to our card members. You will manage the entirety of a benefit, which means your tasks will range from implementing complex processes to handling daily administrational tasks. Therefore, it is important to be comfortable with both managing a lot of responsibility, as well as completing smaller daily tasks. There is also a big focus on compliance and risk mitigation, and you need to make sure that all benefits and customer experiences align with our internal policies.
