Benefit Manager/Project Manager - 12-month Secondment - Nordics

The Loyalty team is responsible for our Nordic proprietary card benefits, with focus on Platinum and Centurion card members. In this role, you will get the opportunity to manage and develop strategic benefits to our card members in the Nordics. You will be assigned specific benefits within your remit that you will be responsible for and project lead in an end-to-end journey. The role is a 12-month assignment and will require strong project management skills and being able to both implement and manage processes that include several stakeholders. You will collaborate with both external partners as well as internal teams and departments, to be able to deliver high quality benefits to our card members. You will manage the entirety of a benefit, which means your tasks will range from implementing complex processes to handling daily administrational tasks. Therefore, it is important to be comfortable with both managing a lot of responsibility, as well as completing smaller daily tasks. There is also a big focus on compliance and risk mitigation, and you need to make sure that all benefits and customer experiences align with our internal policies. Some travel is expected. **Joining our team and this role will give you the opportunity to:** + Develop within the product side of the business, bringing best in class benefits and experiences to our card members + Improve your project management skills and take on a lot of responsibility + Manage, drive and improve some of our most strategic and most utilized benefits + Join a team with a great culture, we foster collaboration and always help each other with a positive and problem-solving attitude **How will you make an impact in this role?** To succeed in this role, you should be: + A strong project manager that can manage end-to-end processes + Structured with an eye for detail + Highly collaborative and able to engage both external partners as well as internal departments + Comfortable with a wide range of tasks, both operationally complex and daily administrational work + Having a positive, solution-oriented mindset and a high ambition to grow + Interested in the Lifestyle space (dining & travel) **Minimum Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years’ experience of project management and/or partnership management + Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English + Being able to create, implement and manage complex processes (ranging from customer journeys to partnership management) + Great structure and ability to handle several partners, tasks and processes simultaneously + Being detail-oriented and having the willingness to constantly improve and develop the product + Extensive collaboration skills and being able to coordinate between teams and departments + Ability to handle administrational tasks, such as invoicing, statistics, benefit testing and Third-Party management (contracts) + Preferably a degree in Business or Economics **Preferred Qualifications** + Proven stakeholder management + Strong PPT and presentation skills to being able to create and hold presentations for internal showcasing (often international) + Budget management skills Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
