Benefit Experience (BenX) - Operations Analyst
Benefit Experience Operations Senior Analyst Passionate about operational excellence and ready to elevate your career? We’re looking for a dynamic senior analyst to bring drive, expertise and leadership to our BenX operations team. You’ll be at the center of innovation, guiding both processes and people, and making a direct impact on key initiatives like BenX RFPs, annual enrollment and operational finance activities! This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center. What the day will look like As you guide more junior analysts while being responsible for the successful completion of assigned workstreams and projects, we offer the opportunity to improve your skills through our many learning workshops and coaching and mentoring. Colleagues frequently supervise critical finance operations and reporting, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations. We help them make connections to collaborate with colleagues across the organization and across the world, learning unique techniques and processes from their peers. Other responsibilities include: + Communicating proactively, sharing status updates, flagging risks, and bringing up issues as needed to keep initiatives on track + Continuously supervising and refining operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness + Actively monitoring processes/procedures for improvement opportunities while collaborating with team leader to implement changes and conduct trainings + Drafting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as technical requirements for automation activities + Onboarding new carriers and helping them learn about Aon. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proficient individuals who excel in this role generally have at least five years of experience in operations or benefits administration. They have experience delegating to others, holding them accountable and ensuring tasks are met on time with quality, while personally performing consistently and producing quality work to deliver maximum results and efficiency. Additional skills include: + Proven time and project management skills + Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables/chart and proficient with all other Microsoft Office products + Hard-working with the ability to perform with limited direction from senior team members in a virtual environment + English Proficiency Level C1 While not required , experience with operational finance and technical requirements' documentation as well as in the healthcare industry and knowledge of RFPs/RFIs with help make the transition more seamless.
